Handling and providing support in managing the portfolio of Private Banking Customers.•Serve as first point of contact and technical resource for all customer inquiries & issues.•Preparing Credit proposals for Investment products – Mutual funds, Bonds, Platforms, NRE deposits, etc.Scrutinizing investment deal documents and follow up on the end to end process in order to execute trade.•Effectively use a variety of program s to access customer details and databases, and research options.Scrutinising account opening documents and processing them with accuracy and timely delivery withincustomer’s expectation.•Assist customers with routine account related requests such as fund transfers for Private banking Customers,Debit & Credit card maintenance.•Actively involved in the process of the assigned projects of IPO from time to time in order to scrutinize the documents, run the batch at the end of day in order to authorize •Provide proactive services to ensure the satisfaction of customer by providing account details, processing customer transfer request, deposit bookings, follow up on cheque clearing and delivering the cheque books & debit cards on time.•Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Creating MIS/Dashboard report and presenting them to the higher management.•Direct assistance to the Head of Private Banking Director – Dubai and NE and Group Head of Personal Banking
