Current- Drive Business Transformation Assessments (BTA), leading discovery and data gathering for comprehensive IT insights.- Collaborate in pre-sales meetings, prioritizing the showcase of Managed IT services' value, capability, and professionalism to foster client partnerships.- Facilitate end-user onboarding, explaining the Complete Care program and guiding clients on effective Service Desk interactions.- Execute client technical activities, applying expertise in core MIT networking technologies, from Windows Server to cloud services like Office 365 and Azure.- Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations teams to strategically plan and implement client management and maintenance plans, ensuring optimal network performance.
