I draw on institutionalism, conflict analysis, and political economy to understand political events and imagine and critique political alternatives.Over my career, I’ve worked as an advocate, a researcher, a writer, and a teacher. While I’ve found I can be adaptable and serve well in diverse roles, I believe I can best serve movements for justice and democracy by imagining, researching, and articulating policies and institutions that deepen democracy and advance racial and economic justice.
