Communicating with customers and suppliers on daily basis via email,phone.,Providing customer support in resolution of complaints and issues as needed.

Monitoring orders execution from booking to dispatch,involvement at every lavel of order execution.Monitoring overdue/outstanding,coordinating regularly with our accounts department & sales team.Coordinating with other branches for dispatch,material planning,outstanding & C-Form.

Handling Dealers,Distributors & OEM Manufacturer.Drive the Sales Team to focus on channel wise distribution to build distribution,visibility and revenus.
