I share in the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations and functions of the Litigation Technology department. Within this role, I design, organize, and execute interdepartmental projects and assist in the rollout of major department initiatives. I perform data analysis to generate insights that empower data-driven business decisions. I coach and train supervisors, reporters, videographers, and technicians and partner with them in achieving sustained success in the legal services industry.

I oversee a team of Digital Court Reporters, Video Specialists, and Remote Technicians across four time zones who are primarily located in Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA. I provide coaching and training to new reporters and videographers and partner with them in achieving sustained success in the legal services industry. I perform data analysis and assist with the development of new data analysis tools and applications. I serve as an advocate for the inclusion of digital reporting methods in state legislation.

I reported to the Direction of Litigation Technology and oversaw the training and development of Planet Depos' in-house Digital Court Reporters, Videographers, and Technicians. I developed and maintained training curriculums and materials, including classroom training and multimedia-based virtual curriculums. I performed pilot testing for new projects and assisted with the rollout and implementation of department initiatives.
