• POS case operations (including contract conversion, modification, termination, reinstatement, policy loan and other related operations) to ensure the correctness and punctuality of the operation.• POS related projects and administrative operations.• POS security related operations.• Assist PM with relevant documents (letter of credit).• Assist with NB related documents (application for new contract, letter of guarantee, application for cancellation of contract, etc.).• Bulk print mail and send it by mail.• Daily report compilation and management.• Confirm whether the customer information of the bounced email is correct.• Complete the affairs that the supervisor has explained.
