I also delivered excellence in planning, scheduling, and reviewing workload and manpower further resulting in optimum accomplishment of the targets. I shouldered the accountability of interfacing with various departments within AXA BS for resolution of operational issues and also served as a key driver to all AXA BS initiatives. During this tenure I was entrusted with the overall accountability of leading the team and conducting process training of new recruits. My participation in efficiently managing the daily workflow process and conducting quality audit for the team members along with the responsibility of competently handling process related queries as well as preparing Lean and driving initiatives towards maximum compliance to ISO 9001 is what I enjoyed the most.Some of the key milestones of this period were my contribution in competently managing multiple processes within Non Financials and Financials and participating in transition of new processes.
