Current➢Business transformation initiative of IT division, to study and recommend feasibility to migrate from custom developed/legacy systems to top tier HRIS and Sales systems. Captured business capabilities, major challenges to scale, and opportunities by conducting reviews with key stakeholders and business leads.➢ Developed integrations/automation solutions for SaaS/Vendor Applications (SFDC, ServiceNow, D365, M365 etc..). Migrated the Oracle Fusion and ADP HRIS systems to UKG Pro and consolidated various ADP Payroll systems for the purpose of architecture simplification. Developed a detailed and thoroughly vetted Transformation strategy and multi-year Roadmap for recommended HRIS, Payroll and Sales applications.➢ Collaborate with Middleware SMEs to create Azure Middleware and an architecture that provides scalability, performance and eliminate single point of failure.➢Implemented Enterprise Security/RBAC /Multi-Factor Authentication Solution in order users to complete two-step verification for authentication and accessing SaaS applications (including Office 365, HR Fusion, Salesforce etc. and other on-premises and cloud resource) and adds a critical second layer of security to user sign-ins and transactions.➢ Global implementation of UKG Pro (HRM) – SaaS solution to 5000 users across the global organisation. Led team of technical leads and developers to design, build and implement, some 100+ interfaces between internal applications and UKG Pro/UKG Payroll, and UKG Pro/UKG Payroll to other external vendors, such as, M365, D365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Concur, INTL Payroll processors (ADP), and Banks.➢Designed a scalable and highly available architecture for infrastructure upgrade project from on- premises to Azure IaaS. Managed $2M+ infrastructure budget and led the infrastructure team in the build activities.➢ Implemented global recruitment solutions, business macro processes and automation workflows for Employee Onboarding/Separation/Internal Job Transfer.
