The main purpose of the role is to oversee the verification team and to process verification requests timeously.The Verification Team Leader reports directly to the Sales Ops Manager. This position is responsible for monitoring and managing the verification teams activities and assist with the checking and verifying information gathered from new customers in order to open accounts. They are required to check the integrity of the documents provided and identify potential fraudulent documents.

The basic Function of the role is to drive overall performance and manage a team of consultants who looks after RCS clients and client’s client. I was responsible for supervisory support, escalations/complaints handling, delivering results as per service levels agreement and internal scoring targets. I was also required to produce reports to gauge process performance and lead meetings. In addition to call service levels and customer satisfaction, voice quality on calls and SLA management are key deliverables. Recruit new agents on a monthly basis.
