As a business development, here is the details of my job description:- Follow up B2B request to generate new clients for business opportunities.- Build and maintain relations, with travel agent, community or any third parties with business opportunities by handling inspection and newsletter mailing.- Handle and update the back office account of OTA such as Traveloka, Tiket.com, AirBnB, and others, regarding the available slots and blocking dates.- Enhance the brand experience and sales driving by planning, formulating, and reporting the marketing strategy such as promo, influencer campaign, sponsorship, etc.

As a guest relations officer, I have some duties such as:-Guide the winery tour to share the details of company history, wine knowledge, wine-making process, and wine tasting.- Assist the incoming guests from the beginning until the end and offer them the Sababay’s products also services that best meet their needs.- Maintain communication with the guests by giving them accurate information and also building good relations by thank you letters after the visit.- Handle direct and online reservations such as from the web, OTA, also email.- Update booking reservations and scheduled meetings on calendars, guest database records and handle the guest review.- Receive, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or mails to the appropriate department.
