LOS (Loan Origination System) : Core system that functions as credit acquisition process that is integrated with other systems (internal and external) database sources to provide credit approval status.

The role will also span projects related to business operation process (credit acquisition until disbursement) improvement, optimization and setting-up process especially on Automotive Product (New Car-Financing and Used Car-Financing).Scope : Process Improvement, Testing Manager, Production Issue Report, Create Policies and Procedure of Operational Process.Responsible for :- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.- Define and improve operational policies and procedures for the company of each product.- Identify possible process improvements and manage improvement request which related with all department (Sales, Risk, Project Management, Front and Back Engineer).- Mapping existing process and updated based on current operational activities.- Document and monitor business process, policies and procedures, project documentation as a result of improvement.

Scope : Project Lead, Testing Manager, Production Issue Report, Trainer, Create Policies and Procedure of Operational Process.Responsible for :- Research on market conditions to find out updated market conditions- Discussion of business models that will be carried out with related divisions (Operations, Sales, Project Management, Credit, IT, Content)- Design User Journey and Process Flow for each partner or business model (from Customer Side)- Making Business Requirements Document (BRD) in accordance with the results of discussions with all divisions before- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to find out what has been developed in accordance with BRD and ensure there are no bugs- Create (SOP) Standard Operating Procedure- Parameter Setup (User Registration, Dealer Registration, etc)- Define training material based on updated operational process for training session to PIC who will execute the process with purpose of standard quality processPortfolio of Improvement :1.
