Hi, I'm Azure, and I'll make you fall in love with automation in 5 minutes.By day, I'm a tech enthusiast, and by night, community dynamo.Currently a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and Senior Consultant at Hitachi Solutions, I drive digital transformation for techies and customers, one Power Platform solution at a time.I hold a degree in biochemistry, and spent 9 years in the pharmaceutical industry wearing a few hats in manufacturing, process design engineering, change and project management, and data and analytics. I discovered Power Automate on the job in 2019, and it was love at first Flow. Outside of work, I'm actively involved in helping underrepresented individuals get a find their path in tech, providing them empowerment through education, continuous support, and the opportunity to thrive. Some of the community initiatives I'm involved with include Power Platform School and TechFluent. Moreover, I serve on board of directors as Head of Global Partnerships and Growth for TechStylers, an outstanding Nigerian women-based tech non-profit, advocating for diversity and representation in technology.Closer to home, I serve on the board of directors for KindWorks, a Maryland-based non-profit, chair one of our Adopt-a-Road initiatives, as well as drive tech adoption. Our collective efforts extend to supporting immigrant neighbors, advancing housing initiatives, and combating food insecurity in the DMV region.
