A proud graduate of University of the Pacific (go Tigers!), I have always had a passion for developing solutions to difficult problems. For me, engineering is the practice of applying math, science, and technology to solve problems and make the world a better place.At Ion Dx, I worked to create rapid, high-throughput ion mobility instruments. During this work I had the opportunity to learn from some true experts in their fields, and it was deeply fulfilling to collaborate on deploying solutions to challenging problems presented by unique customers.My experience with the customer-facing aspects of engineering and technical development motivated me to go back to school, where I am learning new skills in the MBA program at Sacramento State. I believe that some of the most interesting and dynamic problem-solving that you can do is located right at the intersection of engineering and business, where technology meets application.Currently I am just starting a new adventure with CaptiveAire as a Technical Sales Engineer, and I am excited to see where this journey leads.
