I worked at Budapest School as the senior software engineer of a small product development team (2-3 engineers). Juggled many different responsibilities, from agile coaching to team leading to managing projects. I learned much about how to help people align their efforts towards a common goal, how to improve as an organization and how to communicate effectively with collegues without a technical background. This period was the most challanging yet fullfilling time in my professional career.At Graphisoft I worked for almost 8 years, made from junior to senior software engineer. I gained a deep understanding in the C++ language standards, developed and promoted best practices as the language improved and built a community of C++ enthusiasts. When the development department took on agile methodologies I successfully trained myself to be a scrum master of two squads.For 6 years I volunteered with Skool, an experience-based education program for children, where I improved my ability to explain and teach programming concepts for non-professionals.One of my hobbies is the demoscene, especially the 256 byte category, where analytic thinking and creative optimization of assembly code are a key.
