Every day, as a member of the IT department, I try to do the best I can. My friends and colleagues describe me as a hardworking problem solver, patient and active man who stays positive, focused, and confident in confronting problems. Being calm under challenging situations helped me through several difficult situations, not only at work but also in my personal life.I have been working in the IT field for several years, and for many years I believed that "If you want something done, do it yourself," But It was Wrong. Some great work experiences changed my mindset and showed me how teamwork could help team members thrive in the work environment. Now I consider myself a team player who embraces teamwork and enjoys both working closely with others and working independently. I started working as a helpdesk trainee and soon found a job as a helpdesk technician. After some years of experience and learning, I became a Network Technician and then a Network Administrator. I love it. I always try to be updated and efficient, and to achieve that; I am continuously studying innovations, learning recent trends, and taking new courses. I am enthusiastic about troubleshooting and solving problems, and I believe my willingness to learn helps me overcome all difficulties.
