During my time performing (SDL), I was fortunate enough to work within the Tactical Operations Center (TOC). As part of this role, I monitored incident and threat reporting and was responsible for calling upon specific deployment teams like Quick Reaction Force, Emergency Response Team, and Explosive Ordinance Disposal. I monitored and relayed radio traffic and controlled the network, communicating with entities outside of the network using various voice and text-based peripheral devices.
