- Developed a web-based application for configuration of Netcool alarms, including alarm suppression, ignoring of alarms, and alarm notification to include emails and pages on an escalating schedule. - Developed a reporting system that generated standardized reports visible via web UIs, Excel spreadsheets, and automated emails where data was aggregated from multiple datasources, including Sybase, MySQL, Oracle, flat files, and XML. - Developed and deployed to call center employees a web-based application that automatically provided data relevant to each technical support call; application reduced call times by a minimum of thirty seconds, saving the company millions of dollars per year. - Delivered call center application to support VoIP product; application allowed user data and statistics to be visible and updated by call center employees. - Developed automated information gathering processes for the network operations center that performed routine queries and analyses when network problems arose. Shared code base offered unified user interface with little development needed by application developer. - In a B2B setting, worked with external vendors to send and/or receive data through XML documents and web applications to streamline communication in regard to network issues, equipment ticketing, and standard reporting.
