- Produce and manage a multi-project slate of original film, television and branded content projects as well as digital media/ad campaigns in alignment with client branding and project editorial objectives.- Cultivate and manage relationships with bicoastal project funders, equity investors and corporate clients primarily based in South Florida, New York, San Francisco & Los Angeles.- Collaborate with individual clients, corporate executives and marketing teams to develop visual design and identities and media strategies for social, advertising and impact campaigns.- Contract, manage and work alongside in-house creative and design teams, virtual and live action production personnel, and outside vendors. - Draft and manage project budgets ranging from $10K to $1M, maintaining cost efficiency while accomplishing creative project/campaign objectives and managing team morale.- Develop and present creative campaign pitches, project decks and RFP proposals to clients ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.- Produce interactive VR/AR/XR games and media projects; supervising and working alongside XR developers, UX/UI designers, 3D artists, character & technical animators, mocap specialists, spatial audio designers and technical artists.- Produce public arts and culture projects, programs, exhibitions and events alongside a diverse group of public programming partners including federal, local and state governments, international and US domestic arts institutions and community nonprofits across the United States and abroad.- Develop, manage and lead the productions of creative public arts and culture projects, initiatives and events.- Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to develop activation and distribution strategies for creative and public arts projects in alignment with brand messaging goals.- Develop and manage relationships with international, US domestic and regional public programming partners and funders.

- Develop, design and implement innovative youth arts/technology mentoring and training programs.- Craft and materialize multi-pronged nonprofit grants and outside revenue strategies.- Cultivate and nurture relationships with national, regional and local program partners and funders.- Oversee hiring and management of all in-house artist mentors, admin personnel and outside vendors.- Prepare and manage the implementation of comprehensive operational and programmatic budgets.
