I create seasonal designs starting from conceptualization through to production. Each garment is carefully ideated before sourcing fabrics, trims, and notions. I then proceed to create a full tech pack to communicate my designs with the factory. As the Private Label Coordinator, I work with domestic wholesalers to carefully select and modify products to match the ROOLEE brand. On a weekly basis, I process several incoming and outgoing samples and clearly communicate desired modifications to exclusively work for our target audience.
