Project Description:Keppel Offshore Management (KOM) consists of group of companies was currently using the JDE Xe in 21 environments. The Project Next generation was given as technical upgrade from Xe to E9.1 and rollout for all the locations in E9.1. Successfully delivered the Project in time with completing 22 Environments Go -live and Solving all the issues pertaining to the Support and within budget and timeline.Contribution:• As Project Manager taken up the responsibility in the critical stage of the project where the Milestones were lacking.• Reworked on the project plan in align with the Milestone as per the statement of work agreed.• Regroup the team to focus on the deliverable on daily basis and monitored the activities of the team and make sure the progress rate on the project delivered on time.• Within four months that project was on control and deliverable pertaining to the Stage 1 and stage 2 are addressed.• Almost all 22 environments of the Keppel Group have gone live now.• Taken responsible for building the security setup from Xe to E9.1 through All-out tool. Entire for 20 environment the security was completed in 25 days- including with new menu structure, fine cuts , and other security. This has enabled to bring the project on track within the time line. For the OVR security implementation , taken responsibility for defining the new roles such that old roles security is not disturbed , OVR security was implemented.• Responsible for delivering weekly project status meeting, Quality process and Resource management and Billing activity• Risk factors are discussed and Highlighted with Client project manager and to the Governance board before it could hit.• Based on the Stage -1 and Stage-2 success for the 4 environment Go live and Stage-3 was awarded to Tech M.• Maintained the good track record almost 22 environments have gone live within 6 months.

Brirish Sugar, UK (May2013- April 2014)British Sugar they have been with JDE xe for nearly 12 years while doing the upgrade. But the initial project started in 2011 and was supposed to Go-live in November 2012 , But they could not achieve the deadline. Meanwhile British sugar has awarded Tech Mahindra for the Solution auditing for 3 weeks and published the auditing results which was very much received by the British sugar. The objective for Migration collect all the world soft objects and classify according to the complexity based on the As 400 programming the same needs to be configured into the Enterprise One, and to add some certain feature Likes Dashboard, Auto file transfer.
