Entire for 20 environment the security was completed in 25 days- including with new menu structure, fine cuts , and other security. This has enabled to bring the project on track within the time line. For the OVR security implementation , taken responsibility for defining the new roles such that old roles security is not disturbed , OVR security was implemented.• Responsible for delivering weekly project status meeting, Quality process and Resource management and Billing activity• Risk factors are discussed and Highlighted with Client project manager and to the Governance board before it could hit.• Based on the Stage -1 and Stage-2 success for the 4 environment Go live and Stage-3 was awarded to Tech M.• Maintained the good track record almost 22 environments have gone live within 6 months. -
