According to a global business decision by IBM corporate headquarters, the Hungary-based manufacturing site of IBM (my current employer) will move out of Hungary and close its site, my employment will end on 31 March 2024.More than 23 years of working experience from which over 20 years in different areas and positions of Human Resources, internal and external communications at IBM in Hungary. Having started as communications manager in January 2000 at IBM's Hungary based hard disk drive manufacturing plant, I gained a lot of experience in regular and crisis management (closing this site in 2002/2003) and continued my career in a similar position at IBM's other manufacturing site, the Vac based subsystem assembly plant in 2003. From 2004 to 2010 besides my responsibility as communications and client relationship manager I was also responsible for IBM's IT delivery center's communications and for the Budapest based shared service center's communications activities. Appointed as Human Resources, Communications and Client relationship manager at IBM Data Storage Systems since 2013, being responsible for the full scope of HR activities, leading a team of 12 colleagues as people manager and holding employer's and company signatory rights.Responsible, with a lot of passion for business, good computer skills, very good communications and strategic skills, good team player but also can work independently without supervision. Strong negotiation skills and sympathy for others. Loyal, flexible, able to work under time and results pressure, results oriented and motivated by targets. Strong client orientation.
