CurrentResponsible for planning and deployment of platform releases to Casino and B2/B3 Slots products. Current responsibilities include:• Managing large product portfolio with thousands of endpoints• Work closely with the various product, content and change management teams to deliver product updates• Act as a Gatekeeper for the live estate, making sure testing in QA and SIT environments is carried out on live-like environments• Work with customers to plan the deployment of product releases to the Live estate and minimise downtime• During a release, ensure good customer communication is maintained by providing release feedback and release statistics• Ensure that any live incidents are logged with support and feedback to the relevant teams• Act as escalation point following the deployment of product releases for any live incidents that may occur
