Application Analyst/Product Owner
CurrentProduct Owner for the Agile development team supporting the MS Dynamics CRM application, which is used by over 900 Sales Representatives and 300 Sales Managers to track UniFirst’s relationships with almost 3 million prospects.• Work with the business to define, prioritize and document the strategic roadmap for the Sales & Marketing department.• Write clear and detailed technical user stories based on user feedback and project goals, collaborate and communicate feature requests to teams in a fast-paced agile environment• Continuously build, refine and prioritize the team’s product backlog and elaborate on user stories where needed • Document product requirements and execute upon initiatives to ensure the requirements meet the needs of the business and larger corporate initiatives• Coordinate and participate in development activities including daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning, and other scrum ceremonies• Answer technical questions from developers, scrum masters, or others on the team to remove blockers and facilitate efficient development• Break down complex business needs into smaller, more digestible chunks of work.• Assist in testing the application based on understanding of necessary functionality and user requirements• Communicate and negotiate with the business to set and maintain priorities• Participated in the successful implementation of MS Dynamics 365 CRM to replace the outdated Infor CRM application for the entire UniFirst salesforce. • Responsible for data conversion from the SalesLogix/Infor CRM SQL database to the MS Dynamics 365 cloud database and replicated Azure database.• Completed Power Objects MS Dynamics CRM Boot Camp 2016• Assisted in the RPF process for CRM vendors and implementation partners
