Currently, I am attending the ServiceNow SkillBridge program while serving as a Client Systems Supervisor at the US Air Force. In this role, I oversee the installation, maintenance, and security of computer systems and networks, ensuring their operational integrity and resilience. Additionally, I held the responsibility of a Local Registration Authority (LRA), where I adeptly issued and managed digital certificates for users and devices, a task I've honed over four years of dedicated experience.Throughout my tenure, I've actively contributed to the enhancement of the Air Force's IT security policies and procedures, consistently striving to fortify the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data and systems.
