Hired highly skilled professional staff with a continued professional development program. Expanded the focus of the association from the class room to the board room through the expansion of its High school program (Leaders Of Tomorrow) - Collegial Chapters (undergraduates) - Professional Chapters (MBA and associates) - Seasoned Professionals (Gold Key Access Program)Increased fund development initiatives with an integrated strategy that enabled our partners to reach multiple markets which resulted in an annual increase in the associations net assets year over year for the last five years.

Moved the organization from $1.2 million deficit to a $1.5 million surplus within a two year period. Led the change and created accountability methods that converted the audit rating from C- to A within a year.Facilitated and managed legal compliance to identify and correct serious financial, and customer service issues. These areas included contract overview and revision, a complete overhaul of financial accountability systems, the development of project and line item budgets necessary to meet audit compliance requirements.

Completely assessed, reorganized, and implemented a turnaround from year of loss to an $181,000 net gain in six months.Developed and managed a highly effective and motivated staff team through the creation of performance based job descriptions and standards, operating plans, and staff planning meetings.Designed new pricing and cost control strategy which decreased cost to YWCA members while increasing profit margins. Created in-house education programs to assist staff and senior management in understanding and utilizing budget and monthly financial reports to guide current and future marketing and cost evaluations plans. Worked with investment banking team to monitor the organizations endowment fund.
