Program Control Analyst
CurrentProvide program tracking of the financials through monitoring, research and weekly review. Assist in accounting close for the month by providing charts, graphs and reports containing revenue, funding and cost projections, variance analysis, project evaluations and recommendations. Review labor, travel, subcontractors and ODC costs, track program commitments, obligations and expenditures, and monitor contract performance through various reports and spreadsheets. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project analyses (including variance details) and forecasting reports. Proficient in Costpoint 7, DeltekTime & Expense, Microsoft Excel (including utilization of macros and pivot tables), and PowerPoint. Produce monthly variance, backlog and labor/ODC reports. Prepare monthly CDRLs, Earned Value Management (EVM) reports, risk forms, EAC, ETCs, and assist with audits. Project setup through WBS and then utilizing various spreadsheets for cost control measurements (allocation of labor hours, ODCs, materials, subcontractor costs, travel, etc.). Review contract awards, modifications, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, release of claims and closeout documents for processing and approval. Participate in contract kick-offs, progress and close-out meeting. Assist with internal and external audits (including DCAA).
