Worked on a seven member Management Team that reported directly to the CEO and COO that led company budget, employee efforts and strategic direction for Franciscan Media.Directed a division of thirty employees responsible for a yearly budget of $6 million. Launched company's first efforts for direct trade and consumer sales management to traditional and new sales channels. Implemented and led a company name brand change, directed new efforts in online advertising, launched company's first blog and various social media channels. Worked extensively with content managers to determine print and digital media products such as books, magazines, newsletters, video, audio and live streaming video web sites. Implemented and led a new collaborative cross department team to package, price and launch each of these new products.Directed web development and worked with content editors for six websites including the development and launch of the online sales catalog.
