Construction: Managed all phases of the project from due diligent, site selection, design, planning, GC selection, contract review, construction management, payment documentation and FF&E purchasing.Facilities: Managed all phase of maintenance required for supporting the banks, staff management, outside vendor management, invoicing and property leasing.

Duties included design,budgeting,and construction of all bank renovations throughout the bank along with several new banking locations. Doubled the number of banks opened from 52 to 106 within 31/2 years. Construct new call/training center along with 5 new stores in new Orlando market.Coordinated with marketing department to rebrand all existing banks as well as the new BankAtlantic Center.

Regional Construction Supervisor for the South Florida District. Responsible for all renovations and some new store construction for region. Duties included but not limited to scope definition, budgeting,contract writing,project management, financal administration,asset management and project punchout of 50 to 135 renovations yearly. Projects ranged from 50K to 1M+ for new photo labs to complete store remodels. Duties also included working outside the Florida region as part of the rebranding team for the Eckerd stores in the New York market.

Started career with Eckerd Corp. as a regional facilities tech. in the facilities/construction department rose to level of regional Facilities Supervisor. Duties included supervising area techs along with numerous outside vendors for 430 stores, district offices,training centers, photo lab,warehouse/ trucking center and multi-tenant buildings. Set up annual store re-lamping programs,installation of new energy management systems and hurricane response and rebuilding teams. Cut yearly operational facilities cost 10% by opening the contract bid process. Managed all new and remodel fixture installation teams for store expansion program it region.

Managed electrical team converting old hospital to a Hospice care center. Relocated ER,OR and Rx Ray lab to new addition. Constructed several remote clinics in area.

Enlisted in USAF, trained in electrical maintenance and security alarm systems, assigned to the missile wing in Minot ND. Certified to work on ICBM's (Inter Continental Ballistic Missile) launch silos the "big ones".Reassigned to Germany where I ran the off base housing office facilities repair shop. Trained and assigned to the base demolition/decontamination team responsible for destroying the base in time of war.
