CurrentAdminister day to day U.S. Health and Welfare benefits and Canadian benefitsManage and deliver new hire orientations weekly for corporate (Bloomington and Remote) hiresLead for the transition of HSAs and FSAs to a new AdministratorManage Executive Physical program - updated communications and toolsSupport Benefits Manager and team in Health&Welfare, retirement and LOA communications/processesAssist employees with benefits questions and Workday enrollment/QLE questions and assistanceLiaison with B&W vendors, process payments, work on integration file issuesWork with HRIS on testing in Workday and needed configurations, communications and trouble-shooting of the systemParticipate in annual processes: Open Enrollment, ACA reporting, Spending Account Discrimination testing, PCORI fees and 5500 completion
