As one of Asia's leaders in outdoor experiential learning the company's ethos revolves around having the experience to take you somewhere new. APA's experiential learning programs take International school students on learning journeys around the APAC region with operations in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos & Mongolia. All of their programs are tailored to a clients specific goals and seek to help the students realise their true potential.Key Achievements:Operation Growth: During the 2017 - 18 window the number of participant days that APA ran increased by 50% growing to 30'000 per year. During this time key areas of the operation were identified as needing growth or systems updating to adequately manage the annual growth.Team Management: Oversaw the implementation of a four tier system within the internal team as opposed to a two tier system in 2016. New roles where created and ideal candidates selected and trained into their respective roles.Financial Oversight: Taking the lead on all financial management of the Youth division a new financial planning system was created and implemented to allow accurate forecasts for the upcoming years and to further allow for strategic planning & growth.
