Took care of customer calls for assistance in the operations department concerning all calls about personal computers and any files and hardware problems that arise on either the mainframe or personal computers.Determined the problem described to me on the phone as to whether it was hardware or software and sent the information to the technicians if unable to correct the situation at my station.Installed software updates and hardware for personal computers as requested, including network cards and hard drives.Handled processing of information for approximately fifty banks on five different computer systems each night.Sorted checks and printed reports for the necessary banks and made sure they went out on time.Processed automatic fund transfers daily from Federal Reserve Bank.Rebooted five different systems semiweekly, and completed full backups each day for four IBM systems.Maintained all servers in the network location room for the main and backup systems.Developed monthly Credit Bureau tapes on all accounts.Monitored all ATM’s for all banks on our systems.
