Realizing the limits ahead as the industry consolidated and larger regional players entered metro New York, I sold the business and pivoted to other industries to better utilize my skill set.Commercial real estate allowed me to use my skills and experience as a business owner, satisfy a desire to provide client focused services with superior results and an attraction to a larger marketplace.
