Responsible for delegating production mining duties to 25 personnel, maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards, promoting a speak out work environment while coaching employees to improve production performance and safe operating practices. Lead by example approach and completing extensive KPI’s on a daily basis including Field interactions, Supervisor inspections, Critical Risk Inspection, Hazard reporting, task observations and incident Reporting.Key Responsibilities:• Performing daily prestart Meetings and safe work inspections prior to commencing operational duties.• Responsible for Daily critical risk management and daily revision of safety procedures.• Ensuring Daily KPI’s are undertaken and auditing personnel while providing feedback.• Liaising with all department stakeholders to achieve daily goals whilst providing feedback via reporting.• Further working history can be made available upon request.• Upon Request***
