Formerly the UK and Ireland division of NGA Human Resource, Zellis is now a standalone business providing payroll, HR and managed services.I have held various roles during my time at Zellis such as Training Consultant, Online Learning Consultant, LMS Administrator and most recently as an LMS & Digital Learning Specialist.My current role encompasses the build and administration of the Zellis LMS platform for both internal colleagues and external customers. I also manage the implementation, management and build of online learning offering for Zellis focusing on external customers accessing a hosted portal and internal colleague training for our in house HR software, soft skill online courses, compliance, managerial development and health and safetyOver my time at Zellis I have sourced, project managed and implemented several different LMS platforms and have used multiple elearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia as well as system specific authoring toolsMy previous Zellis roles have included both remote and classroom training of HR software, MS365 training and reporting systems along with bespoke online course creation for multiple clients requiring an online learning element to their software install.
