In this role, I serve as both UX Director and Creative Director, overseeing the Design organization. I've spearheaded the user experience and visual design efforts for multiple B2B software products, catering to a highly technical audience.As the Director of UX, I've been instrumental in building the team from a solo designer (me) to a small yet highly efficient cross-functional unit. Within this capacity, I articulate the company's strategic vision, align team efforts with business objectives, facilitate stakeholder coordination, and drive initiatives through executive-level presentations. Given the lean structure of our design team, I'm equally at ease diving into end-to-end UX projects and operating at varying levels of granularity. I'm grateful for the opportunity to lead a team of passionate and talented individuals, whose contributions have been invaluable to my professional growth.One notable accomplishment entails the development of a comprehensive design system, implemented in both Figma (for designers) and Storybook (for engineers).

I founded and managed Swivel, a design studio specializing in brand development and digital experiences. In this capacity, I leveraged my expertise in branding and front-end development to serve clients, such as technology startups, architecture firms, and boutique services. Additionally, I oversaw subcontractors for copywriting and engineering as needed.

I was a designer and art director for digital branding and advertising campaigns. In this role, I collaborated with copywriters, engineers, and account managers to deliver work that went beyond the expectations of the client. Clients included Nike, K2, the University of Phoenix, and Texas Instruments.
