Account Manager / Customer Success Manager
CurrentEffective customer engagement to ensure Analyst1 utilization by CTI Analyst, SOC Analyst, Threat Hunt Analyst teams to be more efficient, effective, accurate, productive and simplify tasks while ensuring full integration of existing tools to ensure Analyst1 TIP/SOAR is the organizational hub for intelligence ingestion, investigation, and remediation.Responsibilities include:- Define Customer Security Goals & Objectives- Outline Use Cases supporting Goals & Objectives- Train users in Analyst1 platform to meet requirements of Use Cases- Monitor execution of Use Cases - Implement cadence schedule to track Goals & Objectives goals - Support customer/users between cadence check-ins to ensure user success- Monitor for license expansion opportunities within customer organization and/or customer teams.- Document User Feature Requests for Analyst1 Roadmap, Product Team and Dev Team consideration- Author User Guides to support customers adoption and knowledge base Key Achievements:- 100% renewal of assigned accounts ~ Zero churn- Secured customer testimonials to support adoption, product expansion and marketing purposes
