Adel Media was een groep van (digitale) drukkerijen en (online) mediabedrijven met een jaaromzet van € 55 mln en met de ambitie om de grootste in Europa te worden.In 2013 hebben wij een omzetgroei van 35% gerealiseerd onder andere door middel van Customer loyalty programma's voor diverse internationals (new business).Daarnaast was ik commercieel verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van hybride cloud proposities waarvoor ik allianties heb afgesloten met een aantal belangrijke opleidingsconsortia.

Als Sales Director Benelux was ik commercieel verantwoordelijk voor Service Point Nederland, Belgie en dochterbedrijf KSB repro en rapporteerde ik aan de CEO in Spanje.Ik was verantwoordelijk voor de salesforce van 36 FTE in de Benelux en rapporteerde aan de CEO in Spanje. Doelstelling was om het bedrijf te her structuren van traditionele outsourcing naar off site en digitale dienstverlening. De salesforce heeft onder mijn leiding een transformatie van reactief naar pro actief accountmanagement ondergaan. Centraal hierbij stonden oplossingen zoals BPO (on site, off site, near shore en offshore) en digitalisering van post-, factuur- en archiveringstromen. In 2011 hebben we op het gebied van new business een groei van € 2,2 mln. naar € 14 mln. gerealiseerd.

Konica Minolta is een wereldwijde leverancier van documentoplossingen, zoals Enterprise Content Management, Document Management, Output Management, Device Management en Hardware. Bij deze werkgever ben ik van Manager Major & Key Accounts doorgegroeid tot Commercieel Directeur waarbij ik de gehele sales onder mijn hoede had in direct sales en channel. Ik was verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de nieuwe salesorganisatie, inclusief tenderdesk en de nieuwe koers en positionering van het merk Minolta. In het eerste jaar als Manager Major Accounts heb ik met mijn team een omzetgroei van 308% gerealiseerd. Gedurende mijn functie als Commercieel Directeur fuseerde Minolta met Konica en was ik een van de grondleggers van het European Major Account team en werkte ik veel samen met omringende landen. Gedurende mijn loopbaan is het marktaandeel van Konica Minolta gestegen van 4% naar 10%.
