I am a NASM-CPT and Level 2 CrossFit coach and am working towards other certifications within the strength and conditioning world. I have coached various athletes from different levels of experience within the world of athletics. Adaptable and willing to work with clients achieve their goals regardless of experience or current injuries - everything is adaptable and adjustable to cater to the athlete and their goals. Willing to work with anyone and help improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. Started coaching at Telegraph CrossFit in August 2022. I worked in the theatre world since 2008 and began full time from May of 2014 until December of 2022. Working between the San Francisco Opera and the San Francisco Ballet as a stage hand I have accumulated a variety of skills including, but not limited to: adaptability, good communication, leadership skills, strong work ethic, extensive physical labor, awareness of surroundings, along with being able to anticipate what comes next
