In Digital Projection Lighting we develop and produce light sources and electronics for projectiors, ranging from education, home to high end cinema systems.Identifying and launching new products and features to the market, including development and launch in operations and market. In this role responsible for 1 out of 4 clusters of development projects in digital projection lighting.

With the Metal Componants group we produce components, made of refractive metals (typical Tungsten and Molybdenum). These components are widely used in the conventional ligh sources as filaments, electrodes or feedtroughs. Due to the transformation of the Lighting Industry from conventional to solid state light sources, it was decided to stop these activities in Turnhout. In this role I managed the transfer of these activities, either to internal customers, or external parties to ensure the continuity of the of operations in the golden tail of conventional lighting.
