I work at the Expertise Centre for Financial Risks in Pension Funds, where I assess the risk profile and investment policies of pension funds under the new pension system in the Netherlands. My role includes evaluating pension fund transition decisions ('invaren') to ensure they meet legal requirements concerning both risk profiles and investment policies for transitioning into the new system.

During the 2-year graduate programme (traineeship) at the Dutch central bank, each rotation spans 8 months. In my first rotation, I am based in the European banking supervision division, focusing on business model and climate-related risk within a Joint Supervisory Team overseeing a prominent Dutch bank.For my second rotation, I am positioned in the payments and market infrastructure division, where I am engaged in policy work related to crypto-assets and the digital euro.In my final rotation, I serve as a policy officer, concentrating on the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme.

I worked as a research assistant for Professor Peter Koudijs for his legal economic research on the economic implications of differences in limited liability laws. My tasks included but were not limited to: conducting literature surveys on the development of firms and corporations in the U.S. and differences between states; making overviews of the relevant laws and state statutes relating to limited liability, firms and corporations; empirical analysis of firm data from the U.S. manufacturing censuses of 1850, 1860, 1870 and 1880.

o Worked at the Transfer Pricing, Business Tax: Financial Services Industry and Tax Compliance & Reporting departments.o Studied and worked with various tax treaties, corporate income tax, investment funds, withholding tax and the determination of transfer prices between associated companies.
