Results: - Completed the coaching training program offered by Unleash & Engage, where I coached leaders to develop the behaviors and habits necessary for Operational Excellence within their teams and themselves (both staff and line). The program spans 9 months and 3 'waves,' incorporating theory, coaching, and peer consultation, with a strong emphasis on extensive (self)reflection. Did so at the raw material logistics business unit and the hot strip mill. - Developed a Power Platform based inspection app for the whole site to digitalize inspection outcomes and facilitate a PDCA process through an automated report in PowerBi. - Helped a coke oven plant and laminating line achieve the next maturity state of the Tata OpEx maturity model.
