Start-up of business unit Quality & Testing: recruitment, HR-policy, offering development, sales and P&L management. Realized sales of ~$6 mio and a headcount of ~40FTE. As a member of the leadership team of Accenture Business Services contributed to the strategy, business planning and continuous improvement to achieve an ambitious growth scenario.

Relationship, sales and delivery management at large bank through management of sales team and account manager (NL, UK). Emphasis on new business development, proposition management and solution engineering combined with building a high-quality relationship network. P&L responsibility (~€ 40 mio). Realized a shift from man-hours to projects, orientation shifted from IT to business.

Management of 6 sales managers for secondment of ~160 consultants in the Finance, Industry and Energy markets. Develop and implement the sales strategy including target setting, reporting and P&L.
