• Competent Professional with over 15 years of experience in managing all Direct Taxation like Tax Planning, resolving tax relating issue of corporate, firms , trust, individuals etc.• Handling scrutiny assessment, reassessment, revision and appearances before authority, reply all notices in these proceedings.• Presenting appeals before Commissioner (Appeals) and Tribunal. Assisting senior counsel in appeal before High Court and Supreme Court.• Supervising all compliance and submissions covering withholding taxes(TDS/TCS), filing TDS & TCS returns, employees taxation, Reviewed all TDS notices, filing corrections and followed-up with tax authorities for rectifications and managed timely submission of details for hearings, appeals related to TDS/TCS matters. Assisting in Filing of 15CA and obtaining 15CB from CAs.• Supervising all direct tax compliance of clients and providing guidance on tax issues. Preparation & submission of Tax MIS to clients.• Knowledge of GST & experience in supervising timely filing of GST returns • Having experience in consultancy to corporate clients and worked with key clients • Initiated and integrated tax planning opportunities, monitored industry issues and analyzed legislative proposals to maximize tax savings opportunities and contribute to shareholder value while fulfilling tax payment and reporting obligations
