With a HR degree from Zagazig University, I joined Hassan Allam Holding, one of the leading construction companies in Egypt, as a HR coordinator in 2019. I quickly learned and applied the HR policies and strategy of the company, supporting the recruitment, training, and retention of talent.In 2023, I transitioned to a SAP Materials Management Specialist role, where I manage the procurement, inventory, and logistics of materials for various projects. I work with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. I also leverage my expertise in SAP MM and Windows Services to optimize and automate the processes and workflows of the materials management department, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. I have contributed to several significant projects, such as the construction of a large hospital and a residential complex, by managing the materials budget, sourcing, and quality. I am motivated by the opportunity to support the company's vision of building sustainable and innovative solutions for the community.
