(Handling two sites)Tasks.• Responsible of the engineering department (Site & Office) in two ( projects EDNC- Commercial &Villette- Residential ).• Handling the clients and achieving high customer satisfactions.• Building a good & successful business relationship with the client, by providing them with suitable feedbackon supporting their finishings process.• Design the headquarters for EDARA company & service providers’ company.Office tasks• Constant development and modifying the (modification mails sent to clients and delegates) in EDNC project.• Receive and revise the Architecture modifications sent by the clients.• prepare the drawings to be delivered to Gihaz and follow up with Gihaz with the updates.• Taking the client requests and discussing it with the relevant department if the request is not mentioned inthe protocol.• Follow up on the progress of requested tasks from other departments.Page 2Site tasks• Constant development and modifying site system & regulation in EDNC project.• Brain storming with the clients and delegate to create a solution for the client’s site problem.• Customer complaints.• Ensure that the clients and tenants go through the finishing work process covering regulations & protocolsand help them make this process easier.• Supervised on Internal finishing processes of the units, follow up preventing violations, damage reports,& operation.• Tenant coordination and ensuring the design guidelines and protocol are not being violated.• Assurance of the site safety (street lights, pavements, fences).• Work on the finishing comments that the client needs from EDARA.

Supervised on exterior finishing processes of innovation process of facades and landscape of NSPO Headquarter in Joseph Tito Axis (Alucobond cladding - Curtain wall - Landscape Marble flooring)

Family Compound, Moqattam/Cairo

•Supervised on interior finishing processes of Family compound in El Moqattam (Stone cladding - Aluminum works - Gypsum board works - Painting works - plastering).
