Sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services for a Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers location. Duties include but are not limited to the following:- Managing current customer accounts.- Actively seeking new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Selling company supported products and services. - Meeting established sales and gross profit goals. - Evaluating customer needs and making recommendations utilizing the "marketing approach to selling." - Preparing weekly sales plans and completing all call reports following established company procedures. - Attending sales training and continually working to improve sales skills. - Implementing marketing programs to solicit new clients through cold calls, organizations, referrals, etc. - Scheduling fleet service appointments and coordinating appointments with the service department. - Conducting fleet needs evaluations and providing customers with cost analysis and benefits.- Ensuring prompt resolution of tire adjustments and ensuring that customer casings are handled appropriately. Delivering tires to customers as needed.

responsible for selling and servicing customers within the Automotive Center. Some essential duties include maintaining knowledge of products & services and use this knowledge to assist & educate customers on options available, provide customer assistance and delivery a positive Automotive Center experience.

1- Opening new business relationships with fleet owners.2- Responsible for Technical support activities, product evaluation and testing. 3- Prepare and set the yearly schedule tasks for the technical team.4- Perform a variety of tire inspections, fleet testing and product investigation tasks. 5- Follow up the Goodyear tires sold to the companies who had giant fleet trucks and release a monthly report for every visit and calculate the cost per kilometer. 6- Prepare a monthly report released to Goodyear office in Egypt to stand on tires situation and kinds of damages that tires suffer wither from operation or from manufacture. 7- Perform a full inspection for cars, buses and trucks to find the reason which cause the damage for the tires in order to avoid such cases in the future. 8- Support the sales team during their visits to the clients.9- Prepare regular training to the customers describing the damages that may face during their operations and how to avoid as much as they can such damages. 10- Approved and certified certificate from Goodyear to adjust or reject the damaged tires.11- Responsible to inspect warranty return products to determine if they meet specified standards and specifications.12- Process reports to ensure proper credits are issued to dealers and OEM. 13- Use specified inspection and testing methods, techniques, equipments, and facilities, and establish controls to ensure security and timely processing after claim receipt.14- Responsible for developing and conducting various training presentations and supporting company events.

1- Truck tires fleets owners sales representative and technical support.2- Supporting the sales team with technical information to improve sales with the fleet owners.3- Conduct routine visits to customer locations alone or with wholesale customer staff and generate customer contact reports regarding the company products presence, competitive data and image. 4- Opening new business relationship with wholesalers and fleet owners.5- Dealing with wholesalers and showing them the tire characteristics and making deals with them by contract or monthly deals of tires quota.6- Responsible for weekly and monthly reports submitted to the sales manager ( daily report, market information, itinerary . etc )7- Having full authority to deal directly with bkt factory at India (approve price list after negotiating it, approve the Performa invoices and issuing the purchase orders). 8- Prepare all the correspondences with original manufacturers and send quarterly reports to them to receive the claims for the damaged tires.9- Approved and certified certificate from jk tire factory to adjust or reject the damaged tires.10- Responsible for developing and conducting various training presentations and supporting company events.
