• Excellent customer service skills both orally & written as a lot of work done via email or online • Build & execute social media strategy through competitive research • Being able to make a good judgment on individual cases & escalating more serious concerns to members of the senior management team • Protect the brand image & increase the brand loyalty with our customers• Review the customer’s posts, comments , messages & escalate or flag as necessary • Full responsibility for your accounts & how information is handled & gathered • Measuring & creating monthly reports to keep a track of customer feedback • Taking part in monthly/quarterly meetings to ensure all departments have the latest communications • Develop new accounts • Creating the monthly conversation calendar• Reporting the monthly calendar for each account to members of the senior management to have approval
