after the first years in a former sugar factory, I moved to the central IT organization of four sugar factories in Hungary. I had tasks of leading IT projects with 500+ users. I was responsible for managing e-mail systems, various database servers, embedded industrial applications, office applications and cooperation with outsourcing IT partners and also participated in several international projects.

as a beginner engineer after leaving the university bench, - my job was to operate and further develop Windows and Novell based networks. Here I learned how to make various changes in corporate IT environments and at the time I wrote many applications to the company.I was responsible for the accountability of sugar factories for the supply of whole raw material (sugar beet).
