As a Senior System Engineer, I am responsible for wired and wireless network solutions (LAN/WLAN) and Real-Time Location Systems (UWB RTLS) from pre-sales through design and implementation till the operation and technical support. Main tasks are:• managing vendor partnership• planning technical strategy for network solutions • pre-sales support, pre-analysis and implementation analysis • performing radio site surveys • design network architecture and security model for LAN/WLAN • leading the subcontractors during the implementation as the project manager • configuring the network elements • measure all the possible network parameters and fine-tune the system regarding the results • creating full documentation of the network • training the customers • giving technical support

As a member of Network Planning and Implementation team I was responsible for new site rollout project (both 2G and 3G), and also take part of the preparation work made for the network modernization. Beside that I was also gave technical support for the field service team helping them to solve the operation and maintenance issues countrywide. From 2011 I was take part of the full network modernization where I gave daily support for planning and night support for the field service team, and made the new, IP based network to come alive and be fully manageable.
