We represent ourselves in five countries in the Middle European area.As a Technical Manager, I'm responsible for our team of System Engineers, and subcontractors. My goal is to make sure that our solutions and work would be of the highest possible quality each time could it be design, implementation, O&M, or support.Besides these daily operations, I'm responsible for training and knowledge management and also searching for new technologies and validating them to be able to pull them into our future strategy.I believe that a wisely chosen combination of different technologies has a way bigger capability than the parts individually. That's how we try to be the best in our market.

As a Senior System Engineer, I am responsible for wired and wireless network solutions (LAN/WLAN) and Real-Time Location Systems (UWB RTLS) from pre-sales through design and implementation till the operation and technical support. Main tasks are:• managing vendor partnership• planning technical strategy for network solutions • pre-sales support, pre-analysis and implementation analysis • performing radio site surveys • design network architecture and security model for LAN/WLAN • leading the subcontractors during the implementation as the project manager • configuring the network elements • measure all the possible network parameters and fine-tune the system regarding the results • creating full documentation of the network • training the customers • giving technical support

As a member of Network Planning and Implementation team I was responsible for new site rollout project (both 2G and 3G), and also take part of the preparation work made for the network modernization. Beside that I was also gave technical support for the field service team helping them to solve the operation and maintenance issues countrywide. From 2011 I was take part of the full network modernization where I gave daily support for planning and night support for the field service team, and made the new, IP based network to come alive and be fully manageable.
