CurrentWorked on Projects Like - 1. Robotics - Automation of 2 processes to increase efficiency and avoid human errors so that the team members could be utilized for other complex processes. 2. GSSP (Global Sales and Servicing Platform) - Integration of Online Applications with backend systems. With the GSSP integration piece, it has helped the team not only to reduce the overall turn around time on application where the new business applications are available for processing with 60 minutes of submission verses 1-2 day in the paper process. Also, this has helped in overall quality of business considering we no longer do manual data entry on these applications. This is digital feed that flows from front end system to back end application.Won the Global Customer Service & Operations 2021 Cycle 3 – Above & Beyond Award for this project.
